These Booking Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, with any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking, form the basis of your contract with Taimar Chauffeurs, a company registered in England and Wales and registered office address of Elmfield,New Yatt Road, Witney,Oxfordshire OX28 1PB.
Taimar Chauffeurs is part of Taimar Cars Oxford LTD.
Taimar Chauffeurs is licensed to provide car and driver services for private hire by Witney Council . Our license number is PH211.  The company holds the relevant insurance for hire and reward of all of its vehicles and drivers. 
Taimar Chauffeurs resumes the right to request for a full payment or a deposit when making a Non-Account booking.
Business or personnel accounts can be set up with credit and debit cards or alternatively direct debit as a method of payment.
All account charges incurred shall be invoiced after each booking or on the last working day of each month.
The quotation will include 1 hr free waiting after flight landing for all uk airports. After free hours waiting time will apply accordingly to vehicle category. In all other pickup 15 minute waiting period free but the cost of car parking will be charged additionally where required.
Chauffeur Services will charge for waiting at its standard rates after the initial 15-minute period has expired.
Tolls, congestion zones and parking are chargeable at cost. 
Your booking charge may be subject to additional waiting time charges.
Cancellations within 24hours of travel are subject to 50% charge.
Cancellations on the day of travel are subject to 100% charge.
We operate a no smoking policy in all our vehicles.
Our chauffeurs travel using the most appropriate routes unless instructed otherwise at the time of booking.
Taimar Chauffeurs will make every effort that our chauffeurs arrive on time, however we cannot take responsibility for unforeseen circumstances i.e. Traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions, strikes or road works.
Taimar Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse travel to anyone that is deemed to be a nuisance or danger to any passengers or any member of Taimar Chauffeurs
Clients are fully responsible for all damages they cause to the interior
